The company founded at the end of 2004, is a logistics enterprise specializing in chemical transportation.It is located on the west side of the northern end of Tonglu Third Bridge, Nantong city.

It owns nearly 80 specialized tank trucks and holds operating permits for general road freight transport, specialized freight transport (containers), specialized freight transport (tank containers), and road transport of hazardous chemicals (Classes 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, and 9). To date, it has transported a wide range of hazardous chemicals—including benzene derivatives, alcohols, ketones, esters, acetic acid, propylene, butadiene, phenol, and epichlorohydrin—as well as non-hazardous chemicals such as ethylene glycol and di ethylene glycol.
